Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older to apply
- meet suitability standards set by Cocopah Casino and Cocopah Indian Tribe
- no felonies or disqualifying convictions
- ability to pass pre-employment screening
- willingness to undergo ongoing random drug and alcohol testing
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2-year work experience in the related field preferred
- cash handling experience preferred
- friendly personality and ability to converse with customers
- ability to handle multiple customers at one time
- ability to lift 20-50 pounds regularly
- ability to walk, stand, and stoop for long periods
Job Duties
- assist customers in the arcade and laser tag
- maintain the sales counter and assist with game card redemption
- assist customers with rock climbing and laser tag rental, equipment, and explain the rules
- restock the redemption counter when needed during slower periods
- make sure all arcade games are clean and working
- report any problems to management and Namco Tech
- control arcade at all times, informing the manager on duty if a problem arises
- monitor all customers in the laser tag area
- ensure all laser tag vests are in working condition
- other duties may be assigned
