  • 2+ years of multi-unit management experience, ideally with a national chain restaurant
  • strong ability to analyze and drive business results at an organizational level
  • exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills to inspire and collaborate with teams
  • proven ability to lead, motivate, and build diverse, high-performing teams
  • superior self-management and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities
  • ability to work a variable schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Job Duties

  • Own P&L accountability, monitoring performance, forecasting expenses, and controlling costs
  • coach unit managers to identify variances and develop corrective action plans
  • support financial forecasting and ensure compliance with inventory controls
  • authorize expenditures and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to keep your district thriving
  • uphold Flynn Group’s high standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
  • ensure consistent execution of company systems, procedures, and product quality
  • oversee scheduling, staffing, and operational projects to address deficiencies and boost performance
  • drive exceptional customer experiences through new product rollouts and operational initiatives
  • execute marketing and sales promotions, preparing teams for success
  • collaborate with the marketing team to seize local store marketing (LSM) opportunities
  • build community connections through unit-level programs and customer engagement initiatives
  • maintain “Best on Block” restaurant standards through proactive facility management
  • oversee safety and security protocols, preventive maintenance, and cost-effective repairs
  • partner with management teams and vendors to ensure top-tier facility conditions
  • inspire and develop high-performing teams through coaching, training, and performance evaluations
  • foster a culture of growth, providing feedback and preparing managers for promotion
  • lead recruitment efforts to build strong, diverse teams
  • ensure compliance with all employment regulations while nurturing a positive, inclusive environment
  • ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations across all operations
  • act as a liaison between restaurants and support teams, embodying Flynn Group’s values and professional image
