Job Requirements
- Previous concessions, food service, or retail experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, outgoing, and committed to customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and basic math skills
- Ability to follow instructions and stay organized under pressure
- Available to work shifts according to Idaho Central Arena events
- Must be able to stand for long periods (4+ hours)
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs

Job Duties
- Greet all guests warmly to create a welcoming customer experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate point-of-sale terminal to process cash and card transactions
- Balance register at the end of shift and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Maintain cleanliness of the concessions counter and surrounding areas
- Restock condiments, napkins, and other supplies as needed
- Follow sanitation procedures including wiping surfaces and emptying trash
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
