Job Requirements
- minimum of 17 years of age
- experience in running a cash register or cash drawer
- ability to handle money accurately
- current Texas Driver's license
- availability to work between noon and 7:00 pm including weekends
- good communication skills
- team-oriented attitude
- ability to provide customer service
- ability to follow facility rules and procedures
Job Qualifications

- experience or training in basic bookkeeping or running a cash register
- good communication skills

- ability to interact with pool users of all ages
- ability to communicate effectively with Aquatic Supervisor and Parks & Recreation Department
Job Duties
- assist in maintaining and enforcing pool safety
- accept fees and account for fees received
- answer the phone
- explain basic pool rules
- provide information regarding facility use and hours of operation
- manage conflict and customer relations
- assist in general maintenance and clean-up of activities, facilities, and restrooms
- protect the property of the City of Harker Heights Aquatics Center
- submit reports to Pool Supervisor on accidents, damages, and complaints
