Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or above
- Ability to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required for this position
- Willingness to work in a loud and fast paced environment
- Possession or ability to possess a valid TAM card
- Possession or ability to possess a Health card
- Consistently deliver exceptional service while interacting and entertaining professionally
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation per Clark County Health Standards
- Adhere to company safety policies
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance posture and hygiene
- Makeup technique and style consistent with current fashion standards
- Maintain warm positive and friendly dialogue with all guests
Job Qualifications
- A highly motivated and energetic personality
- Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Communicate in English fluently and professionally in written and oral form
- Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
- Minimum of 2 years previous work experience as an apprentice bartender or bar porter in a lounge fine-dining restaurant
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverage basic food and advanced bar counter service
- High School diploma or GED
- Fluent spoken and written English
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a positive friendly manner with eye contact and intention
- Communicate the needs of guests to co-workers kitchen and management
- Actively participate and contribute to pre-shift meetings
- Execute water service and serve non-alcoholic drinks as necessary
- Consistently follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by the room management
- Basic understanding of all food and beverage items and specifications
- Daily prep of all garnishes syrups and other ingredients for service
