Job Requirements
- Is 21 or older
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Is 21 or older
- Preferably 1 or more years of experience in a high-volume resort setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic knowledge or interest in mixology and bartending
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Job Duties
- Ensure proper set up, labeling, stocking and delivery of alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, supplies, glasses, paper products, garnishes, and ice while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
- Assist the bartender with the preparation of drinks, mixes, and garnishes while maintaining sufficient stock of all items
- Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs, and respond effectively to guest inquiries
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed during shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar area
- Provide support to bartenders to ensure smooth bar operations
- Engage with guests courteously and professionally to enhance their experience
