- high school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of prior relevant experience preferably in a resort setting
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- basic knowledge of beverage preparation is a plus
Job Duties
- Assist the bartender with drink preparation including mixes and garnishes
- maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area
- keep the bar stocked with alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, supplies, and garnishes
- set up, label, and organize bar items such as glasses, paper products, and ice
- clean and polish equipment, tools, and glassware
- ensure all equipment is in working condition
- perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment
- provide excellent service to guests, identify their needs, and create memorable experiences
- handle guest inquiries and complaints within scope or escalate to management when necessary
