Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes
- effective communication in English, both verbal and written
- neat and professional appearance
- 6 months prior bartender or bar apprentice experience
- 1 year previous money handling position
- ability to interact with customers, public, and co-workers
- teamwork skills
- ability to accurately count money and provide change
- schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- adherence to company policies, regulatory and federal laws
- ability to qualify for required licenses and permits such as TAM card, health card, and non-gaming card
- ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
- detail oriented
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- physical ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel, and balance
- willingness to work indoors in a climate-controlled environment exposed to noise, dust, and smoke
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must have knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes

- must present a neat and professional appearance
- prior experience of at least 6 months as a bartender or bar apprentice
- previous money handling experience of at least 1 year
- ability to interact with customers, the public and co-workers
- ability to work as part of a team
- accurate money counting and providing change skills
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- adherence to all company policies, regulatory and federal laws
- preferred experience of at least 6 months as a bar apprentice or barback
Job Duties
- Acknowledges, greets, and converses with customers who approach the bar
- cleans and stocks bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators, and other bar appliances throughout and at the end of the shift
- prepares and pours all types of drinks for customers and cocktail servers upon request
- processes room charges, credit card and cash transactions while presenting customers with bar receipts
- ensures ashtrays, bar top, bar stools, and bar menus are clean and organized
- cuts fruits and prepares garnishes for each open well
- maintains clean work environment in accordance with SNHD guidelines
