Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Lift up to 60 pounds frequently
- Follow safety requirements and company policies
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including mornings, weekends, holidays
- Completion or commitment to complete Food Safe Certification
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Job Qualifications
- Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with guests and team members
- Basic understanding of bakery operations
- Strong desire to learn and grow in baking and pastry
- Completion of Food Safe Certification within 6 months of hire
- Knowledge of safety policies and bakery equipment
- Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Retail food business knowledge
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Follow recipes and production lists precisely
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the bakery prep area
- Monitor inventory and stock management
- Assist guests with orders and address product concerns
- Maintain food safety logs and ensure quality standards
- Work collaboratively with bakery associates
- Adhere to attendance and scheduling commitments
- Perform other duties as assigned
