Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
  • Ability to use multi-line phone systems and computer software efficiently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Willingness to work evenings and rotating Saturday shifts

Job Duties

  • Delivering exceptional customer service with each client interaction
  • Identifying customer vehicle service needs by asking appropriate questions and reviewing service history
  • Scheduling service appointments for Kendall dealerships across multiple states
  • Accurately maintaining customer and vehicle information in software systems
  • Communicating effectively with customers and coworkers via phone and email
