- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of active flight attendant experience
- Flawless attendance and performance records
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and conflict resolution skills
- Successful completion of Delta's Purser Leadership Training program

- Experience in wide-body international and transcontinental flights preferred
- Strong mentorship and team management skills

Job Duties
- Conduct comprehensive pre-flight briefings with cabin crew and pilots
- Assign working positions and review safety procedures
- Establish clear service expectations for flights
- Serve as liaison between the captain and cabin crew
- Direct cabin crew responses during emergencies
- Supervise the execution of premium cabin services
- Handle onboard emergencies and conflicts
- Provide coaching and feedback to junior flight attendants
- Complete detailed post-flight reports on catering, crew, and maintenance
