  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of active flight attendant experience
  • Flawless attendance and performance records
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and conflict resolution skills
  • Successful completion of Delta's Purser Leadership Training program

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of active flight attendant experience
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Advanced conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in wide-body international and transcontinental flights preferred
  • Strong mentorship and team management skills
  • Successful completion of Purser Leadership Training program
  • Flawless attendance and performance record

Job Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive pre-flight briefings with cabin crew and pilots
  • Assign working positions and review safety procedures
  • Establish clear service expectations for flights
  • Serve as liaison between the captain and cabin crew
  • Direct cabin crew responses during emergencies
  • Supervise the execution of premium cabin services
  • Handle onboard emergencies and conflicts
  • Provide coaching and feedback to junior flight attendants
  • Complete detailed post-flight reports on catering, crew, and maintenance
