Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of flight attendant experience
- valid FAA flight attendant certification
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent problem-solving skills and calm demeanor under pressure
- ability to pass background checks and meet medical requirements
Job Qualifications
- prior experience as a flight attendant
- proven leadership and mentorship skills
- in-depth knowledge of FAA safety regulations
- ability to manage conflict and emergencies
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- completed or willing to complete inflight leader training program
Job Duties
- lead pre-flight briefings for cabin crew
- assign duty stations to flight attendants
- manage passenger issues and resolve seating conflicts
- oversee service quality in first-class cabin
- coordinate emergency procedures and safety protocols
- conduct post-flight reports and crew performance documentation
- ensure compliance with all FAA regulations
