Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of flight attendant experience
  • valid FAA flight attendant certification
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent problem-solving skills and calm demeanor under pressure
  • ability to pass background checks and meet medical requirements

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience as a flight attendant
  • proven leadership and mentorship skills
  • in-depth knowledge of FAA safety regulations
  • ability to manage conflict and emergencies
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • completed or willing to complete inflight leader training program

Job Duties

  • lead pre-flight briefings for cabin crew
  • assign duty stations to flight attendants
  • manage passenger issues and resolve seating conflicts
  • oversee service quality in first-class cabin
  • coordinate emergency procedures and safety protocols
  • conduct post-flight reports and crew performance documentation
  • ensure compliance with all FAA regulations
