Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
  • valid FAA certification
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • pass a background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • prior flight attendant experience
  • proven leadership and mentorship skills
  • knowledge of FAA regulations
  • ability to remain calm under pressure
  • excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • experience managing inflight service and safety protocols

Job Duties

  • lead pre-flight briefings for inflight crew
  • assign duty stations to flight attendants
  • manage boarding process and resolve passenger issues
  • oversee first-class cabin service
  • support crew during in-flight operations
  • respond to medical and safety emergencies
  • complete post-flight reports and documentation
