Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid flight attendant certification
  • Minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in aviation setting
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must pass background checks and drug screenings

Job Qualifications

  • Prior flight attendant experience
  • Proven leadership and mentorship skills
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in conflict resolution and emergency management

Job Duties

  • Lead the pre-flight briefings for the cabin crew
  • Assign duty stations and coordinate crew assignments
  • Manage the boarding process and handle passenger seating or baggage issues
  • Oversee service delivery in First Class and support main cabin crew
  • Respond to medical and safety incidents and coordinate emergency procedures
  • Conduct post-flight cabin checks and manage deplaning
  • File detailed flight, service, and incident reports
