Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid flight attendant certification
- Minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability in aviation setting
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings
Job Qualifications
- Prior flight attendant experience
- Proven leadership and mentorship skills
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in conflict resolution and emergency management
Job Duties
- Lead the pre-flight briefings for the cabin crew
- Assign duty stations and coordinate crew assignments
- Manage the boarding process and handle passenger seating or baggage issues
- Oversee service delivery in First Class and support main cabin crew
- Respond to medical and safety incidents and coordinate emergency procedures
- Conduct post-flight cabin checks and manage deplaning
- File detailed flight, service, and incident reports
