- prior flight attendant experience required
- demonstrated leadership ability
- valid FAA certification and recurrent training compliance
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties
- lead pre-flight briefings for the flight attendant crew
- assign duty stations and manage cabin crew operations
- handle passenger issues and seating conflicts
- oversee service in the first-class cabin to meet premium standards
- coordinate emergency procedures and serve as the primary responder
- manage post-flight procedures including deplaning and filing reports
- mentor junior flight attendants and ensure safety compliance
