Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior flight attendant experience required
  • demonstrated leadership ability
  • valid FAA certification and recurrent training compliance
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • lead pre-flight briefings for the flight attendant crew
  • assign duty stations and manage cabin crew operations
  • handle passenger issues and seating conflicts
  • oversee service in the first-class cabin to meet premium standards
  • coordinate emergency procedures and serve as the primary responder
  • manage post-flight procedures including deplaning and filing reports
  • mentor junior flight attendants and ensure safety compliance
