Job Requirements

  • must be at least 20 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • hold a valid passport
  • minimum two years of flight attendant experience
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership ability
  • experience in customer service and safety protocols
  • prior purser or leadership experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of two years of flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience operating on Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • valid passport

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor new-hire flight attendants
  • coordinate cabin activities and in-flight service
  • manage passenger escalations calmly and effectively
  • oversee in-flight sales and ensure service standards
  • ensure compliance with all safety regulations
  • provide on-the-job training and guidance to crew members
  • maintain the premium 'Nicest' service standard on every flight
