Job Requirements
- must be at least 20 years old
- legally authorized to work in the US
- hold a valid passport
- minimum two years of flight attendant experience
- willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong leadership ability
- experience in customer service and safety protocols
- prior purser or leadership experience preferred

- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- experience operating on Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
- legally authorized to work in the US

Job Duties
- lead and mentor new-hire flight attendants
- coordinate cabin activities and in-flight service
- manage passenger escalations calmly and effectively
- oversee in-flight sales and ensure service standards
- ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- provide on-the-job training and guidance to crew members
- maintain the premium 'Nicest' service standard on every flight
