Job Requirements
- must be at least 20 years old
- legally authorized to work in the US
- hold a valid passport
- proven flight attendant experience
- availability for full schedule flexibility
- ability to complete required training
- strong leadership and teamwork abilities
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- prior leadership or purser experience preferred
- experience on Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work variable shifts including nights and weekends
- commitment to high safety and service standards
Job Duties
- lead and mentor new-hire flight attendants
- coordinate cabin activities and in-flight service
- manage passenger escalations effectively
- oversee premium cabin service standards
- conduct safety checks and ensure compliance
- support crew collaboration and performance
- handle in-flight sales and customer service issues
