Job Requirements

  • must be at least 20 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • hold a valid passport
  • proven flight attendant experience
  • availability for full schedule flexibility
  • ability to complete required training
  • strong leadership and teamwork abilities

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • experience on Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work variable shifts including nights and weekends
  • commitment to high safety and service standards

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor new-hire flight attendants
  • coordinate cabin activities and in-flight service
  • manage passenger escalations effectively
  • oversee premium cabin service standards
  • conduct safety checks and ensure compliance
  • support crew collaboration and performance
  • handle in-flight sales and customer service issues
