Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 20 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • Hold a valid passport
  • Minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
  • Prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to attend and complete paid leadership and A220 transition training

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
  • Prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • Experience on Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Valid US work authorization and passport
  • At least 20 years old

Job Duties

  • Lead cabin crew and coordinate in-flight activities
  • Manage premium 'Nicest' cabin service standards
  • Mentor and train new-hire flight attendants
  • Handle passenger escalations and resolve conflicts
  • Oversee in-flight sales and service operations
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
  • Maintain communication with flight deck crew
