Job Requirements
- Must be at least 20 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Hold a valid passport
- Minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- Prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to attend and complete paid leadership and A220 transition training
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- Prior leadership or purser experience preferred
- Experience on Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Valid US work authorization and passport
- At least 20 years old
Job Duties
- Lead cabin crew and coordinate in-flight activities
- Manage premium 'Nicest' cabin service standards
- Mentor and train new-hire flight attendants
- Handle passenger escalations and resolve conflicts
- Oversee in-flight sales and service operations
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Maintain communication with flight deck crew
