Job Requirements

  • must be at least 20 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the us
  • hold a valid passport
  • flexible to work variable schedules including day, night, weekend, and holidays
  • able to attend paid leadership and transition training
  • proven expertise in flight attendant duties
  • compliant with all safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • experience with Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
  • ability to mentor and guide crew members
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • coordinate cabin activities
  • manage in-flight service and sales
  • handle passenger escalations
  • mentor new-hire flight attendants
  • ensure compliance with safety procedures
  • lead the premium cabin service
