Job Requirements
- must be at least 20 years old
- legally authorized to work in the us
- hold a valid passport
- flexible to work variable schedules including day, night, weekend, and holidays
- able to attend paid leadership and transition training
- proven expertise in flight attendant duties
- compliant with all safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- prior leadership or purser experience preferred
- experience with Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
- ability to mentor and guide crew members
- excellent customer service skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- coordinate cabin activities
- manage in-flight service and sales
- handle passenger escalations
- mentor new-hire flight attendants
- ensure compliance with safety procedures
- lead the premium cabin service
- oversee cabin crew performance
