Job Requirements
- must be at least 20 years old
- legally authorized to work in the US
- possess a valid passport
- have a minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- prior leadership or purser experience preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including day, night, weekend and holidays
- willingness to attend paid leadership and A220 transition training

Job Duties
- coordinate cabin activities
- manage in-flight service and sales
- handle passenger escalations
- provide on-the-job mentorship to crew
- ensure the 'Seriously Nice' service standard is met on every flight
- oversee safety duties
- lead crews on various routes including transcontinental flights
