Job Requirements

  • BS or AS degree in business administration, education, or nursing
  • prior process improvement training such as Lean-Sigma
  • experience with clinical information systems and clinical informatics
  • strong client-facing communication skills
  • advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • ability to present and disseminate technical information effectively
  • capacity for independent and organized learning
  • ability to continuously acquire new technology knowledge
  • proficient with Microsoft Suite software
  • ability to travel frequently to customer sites and occasionally overnight within specified states
  • able to stand, walk, climb, and lift up to fifty pounds
  • comfortable with moderate noise and seasonal outdoor conditions

Job Qualifications

  • BS or AS degree in business administration, education, or nursing
  • prior process improvement training (e.g., Lean-Sigma)

Job Duties

  • Train customers (end users and administrators) on using all SWC systems installed at the customer location
  • coordinate training with customers including on-site, virtual, and digital experiences
  • test system functionality against documented requirements before training
  • work closely with sales to assess customer needs and expectations for training and implementation support
  • collaborate with project managers, analysts, and technicians to ensure correct system operation through thorough testing
  • take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution, referring technical staff when necessary
  • ensure customers understand how to obtain service and support post-implementation
  • present a positive attitude and self-assured image on behalf of SWC
  • perform all other duties assigned
