Job Requirements
- Ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs
- Clean driving record
- Motivated individual
- Excellent customer service skills
- No commercial driver's license (CDL) required
Job Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a delivery driver, preferably with appliances
- Valid professional driver's license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good driving record with no traffic violations
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction with homeowners, home personnel, business owners and other customers
- Deliver a variety of appliances (e.g., icemaker, oven, etc) to different addresses
- Follow routes and time schedules
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints
- Collect payments
- Inform customers about new products and services
- Complete logs and reports
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
