Job Requirements
- Ability to greet and interact with guests in a friendly manner
- knowledge of POS systems and order entry procedures
- capacity to handle cash and payments accurately
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- legal age to serve alcohol
- availability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed guests' expectations

- flexibility to work a variable schedule including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests and interact with every guest to create a friendly upbeat work environment
- familiarize guests with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested
- take guests orders and input them correctly in the POS using the write, repeat and review rule
- serve food and beverages using the Applebee's TEAM delivery system
- pre bus table and sweep the surrounding area to keep it clean and comfortable
- collect payment from customers in a timely manner using the QR code or POS
- complete daily cleaning work tasks and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate an enjoyable dining experience
