Job Duties
- deliver consistent high-quality guest experiences
- oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- drive sales and profitability while managing labor and food costs
- lead, coach, and develop hourly team members and junior managers
- maintain operational excellence and uphold brand standards
- assist with front-of-house leadership and guest satisfaction
- ensure smooth shift execution and staff engagement
- support scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing procedures
- support the general manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
- help drive team culture and performance
- act as a key leadership contact for daily execution
- oversee back-of-house operations and food quality standards
- train and lead kitchen staff in execution, cleanliness, and speed
- partner closely with the FOH team to ensure seamless service
