Job Requirements
- Able to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
- able to stand for long periods of time
- ability to transport and carry objects such as a high chair or booster seat
- ability to wipe, sweep and carry plates to kitchen
- ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
- ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
- ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
- able to lift and/or move objects up to 30 pounds
- specific vision abilities including close vision and ability to adjust focus
- comfortable working in a team environment
- flexible and willing to accept change

Job Duties
- Greet all guests as they enter and depart the restaurant and hold the door open for guests
- seat guests according to the established plan and guests' needs
- keep host/hostess stand and waiting area clean
- ensure menus remain clean and stocked
- complete restroom checks and refill paper products in bathrooms as needed
- sanitize and wipe down all tables and sweep the area as needed and reset the table
- assist servers when needed by taking the initial drink order or running food to the guests in the dining room
- complete daily opening and closing work to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and TEAM
