Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old for cooks and servers, 17 years old for Carside positions
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain mobile for long periods
- Willingness to comply with health and safety protocols including wearing protective equipment
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is an asset
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor when interacting with guests
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Applebee's recipes and standards
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, including making menu recommendations
- Deliver Carside and to-go orders with a positive attitude and excellent communication
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all work areas
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation
- Adhere to physical safety and hygiene protocols during shifts
- Assist in restocking and organization of supplies as needed
