Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work in hot and damp environments
  • Ability to wear protective coverings and use disinfectants throughout shift
  • Availability for full-time or part-time employment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous cooking experience in a fast-paced environment is an asset
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Physical stamina to perform required duties

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff and other team members
  • Follow health and safety regulations including proper use of disinfectants and protective equipment
  • Lift and handle ingredients and equipment safely
  • Participate in training and development activities to improve skills
