Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Two years of experience in a bar or similar environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine and mixed cocktails
- Ability to be mobile or standing for a minimum of 4 hours, bend, stoop and lift up to 20 pounds
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident, outgoing demeanor

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service to guests by interacting verbally to all guests in a friendly manner
- Adhere to all local and national liquor laws
- Mix and serve drinks following set Applebee's recipes
- Greet guests in a timely manner, take orders and answer guest questions
- Collect payment from guests in a timely manner using the QR code or POS
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and TEAM by completing opening and closing side work
- Carry out all tasks with attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety
- Use bar tools to avoid bar waste and help maintain bar costs
- Restock product at the beginning and end of every shift including cutting and/or slicing of product for the garnish bin
