Job Requirements
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
- ability to stand and move for up to 10 hours

- finger and hand dexterity for using tools and equipment
Job Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience
- Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications a plus
Job Duties
- Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines
- cultivates a culture in accordance with Flynn Applebee's core values
- ensures immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints
- ensures guest contact priority through required table visits
- maintains departmental inventory levels
- schedules employees effectively to meet sales demands
- promotes and leads restaurant cleanliness and sanitation
- performs routine maintenance and reports needed repairs
- promotes quality recruitment and referrals of potential team members
- supports Flynn Applebee's training procedures for new managers
- maintains trained staff through orientation, training, and meetings
- participates in employee development using one-on-one sessions and performance documentation
- assesses employee efficiency and provides feedback
- monitors employee performance and documents disciplinary situations
- assures compliance with company policies and procedures
- controls costs in assigned department
- complies with local, state, and federal laws
- drives bi-weekly/weekly food and liquor inventories
- prepares and submits accurate daily paperwork
- ensures sanitation standards meet or exceed health department standards
- provides role model leadership
- develops self on store-related technology
- willing and able to work in all positions and assist as needed
- uses management development program for continuous growth of leadership skills
