Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2-3 years of restaurant management experience
- ability to work various shifts including weekends
- capability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 10 hours
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- good reading and writing skills
- finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment
Job Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience
- Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications a plus
- strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- ability to work various positions in the restaurant
- excellent communication and team-building abilities
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- experience in training and development of staff
Job Duties
- Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines achieving established objectives of the unit
- cultivates a culture in accordance with the Flynn Applebee's core values and beliefs
- ensures immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints to self and staff
- maintains departmental inventory levels
- schedules employees effectively to meet sales demands
- promotes and leads restaurant organization, cleanliness and sanitation
