Job Duties
- Inspect community grounds for litter removal throughout the day
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- Complete minor and routine service requests as assigned
- Assist make-ready specialist in apartment turnover process
- Change locks in accordance with property policy
- Ensure pool gates are functioning and meet safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Inform supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations
- Provide respectful and responsive customer service to residents
