Job Requirements

Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime
Valid driver's license or ability to use alternative transportation
Ability to perform physical tasks related to maintenance and cleaning
Willingness to attend offsite meetings and travel to other company locations
Pre-employment background check and drug screening
Authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in groundskeeping or janitorial services preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
Ability to follow safety protocols

Job Duties

Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property
Ensure the property's central trash removal areas and/or compactors are serviced, emptied and kept clean
Maintain tools and equipment and ensure they are in working order
Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy
Clean light fixtures, windows, various equipment, laundry rooms, and common areas including clubhouse, recreation room, office, fitness center
Attend monthly safety meetings and accurately complete work records
Responsible for safely storing chemicals, cleaning products and hazardous materials
Maintain work, supply carts and storage areas in a neat and organized manner
Assist with snow removal as needed
