Job Requirements

Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime
Ability to attend offsite meetings and visit other company locations
Valid driver's license or alternative transportation means
Pass pre-employment background check
Pass drug screening

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or property maintenance preferred
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Ability to follow safety procedures and protocols
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license or reliable transportation

Job Duties

Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property
Ensure the property's central trash removal areas and/or compactors are serviced, emptied and kept clean
Maintain tools and equipment and ensures they are in working order
Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy
Clean light fixtures, windows, various equipment, laundry rooms, and clean storage and common areas including clubhouse, recreation room, office, fitness center
Attend monthly safety meetings and accurately complete work records
Responsible for safely storing chemicals, cleaning products and hazardous materials
Maintain work, supply carts and storage areas in a neat and organized manner
Assist with snow removal as needed
