Job Requirements
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime
- possession of a valid driver's license or reliable alternative transportation
- willingness to attend offsite meetings and visit other company locations
- ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- eligibility to work in the United States
- physical capability to perform job duties including lifting and manual labor
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime
- possession of a valid driver's license or alternative transportation means
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- knowledge of safety standards for handling chemicals and hazardous materials
- general maintenance and cleaning experience
- physical ability to perform janitorial and groundskeeping tasks
Job Duties
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property
- ensure the property's central trash removal areas and/or compactors are serviced, emptied and kept clean
- maintain tools and equipment and ensure they are in working order
- perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy
- clean light fixtures, windows, various equipment, laundry rooms, and storage and common areas including clubhouse, recreation room, office, fitness center
- attend monthly safety meetings and accurately complete work records
- responsible for safely storing chemicals, cleaning products and hazardous materials
- maintain work, supply carts and storage areas in a neat and organized manner
- assist with snow removal as needed
