Job Requirements
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime
- Must have a valid driver’s license or provide alternative transportation means
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be willing to attend offsite meetings and travel to other company-operated locations
- Must comply with company safety policies, including proper handling of hazardous materials
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with groundskeeping and janitorial duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or janitorial work is advantageous
- Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to fulfill job-related travel requirements
Job Duties
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property
- Ensure the property's central trash removal areas and/or compactors are serviced, emptied and kept clean
- Maintain tools and equipment and ensures they are in working order
- Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy
- Clean light fixtures, windows, various equipment, laundry rooms, and clean storage and common areas including clubhouse, recreation room, office, fitness center
- Attend monthly safety meetings and accurately complete work records
- Responsible for safely storing chemicals, cleaning products and hazardous materials
- Maintain work, supply carts and storage areas in a neat and organized manner
- Assist with snow removal as needed
