Job Requirements

Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime
Must have a valid driver's license or alternative reliable transportation
Ability to comply with safety guidelines and chemical handling procedures
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
Able to attend offsite meetings and visit other company locations
Must provide proof of insurance if using own vehicle for work duties

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or janitorial roles advantageous
Ability to follow safety procedures and attend safety meetings
Valid driver's license or alternative reliable transportation
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment maintenance

Job Duties

Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property
Ensure the property's central trash removal areas or compactors are serviced, emptied and kept clean
Maintain tools and equipment and ensure they are in working order
Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy
Clean light fixtures, windows, various equipment, laundry rooms, and common areas including clubhouse, recreation room, office, fitness center
Attend monthly safety meetings and accurately complete work records
Store chemicals, cleaning products and hazardous materials safely
Maintain work, supply carts and storage areas in a neat and organized manner
Assist with snow removal as needed
