Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in groundskeeping or property maintenance preferred
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to walk, bend, climb, sit and stand for extended periods
- good communication skills in English
- valid drivers license
- willingness to work seasonal part-time hours from April through September
Job Qualifications
- Hands-on knowledge of basic grounds keeping tools, janitorial and pool supplies
- ability to use hand and power tools
- ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders
- ability to work outside in various weather conditions
- ability to speak, read and write English
- must possess a valid drivers license
Job Duties
- Perform routine maintenance of all property grounds and amenities
- perform seasonal pool maintenance and daily water quality testing
- remove trash from office areas, community property and perimeter daily
- check gates to entrance and pool area for proper operation
- perform preventative or improvement duties as assigned
- perform janitorial services and furniture moving as needed
- perform duties to ensure highest quality customer satisfaction
