Job Requirements
- Full-time availability
- Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 60 lbs
- Good background check
- Ability to follow safe workplace practices
- Ability to operate golf cart
- Willingness to rotate on-call weekends
- 90-day probationary period

Job Duties
- Cleaning and vacuuming the clubhouse(s), offices, guardhouse, apartments and common areas, such as laundry rooms, restrooms and hallways
- Cleaning windows on inside of building
- Climbing stairs or working from a small ladder
- Using various cleaning supplies
- Cleaning walls, baseboards, cabinets, windows, vents, appliances, bathrooms, flooring and light panels
- Checking for damaged appliances and fixtures
- Setting up models with soft goods and checking on their lighting and presentation
- Maintaining housekeeping equipment
- Rotating on-call weekends for cleaning clubhouses, laundry rooms and guests suites as needed
- Laundering the seasonal and model linens
- Operation of golf cart around the property
- Stock toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels and gym wipes in all restrooms and fitness centers
- Following safe workplace rules and practices in order to prevent on-the-job injuries
