Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3-6 months of professional cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Capable of performing physical tasks related to housekeeping
- Good communication skills for reporting
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- 3-6 months experience in professional cleaning preferred
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards
Job Duties
- Cleaning make readies/turned units for new occupants
- Trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas
- Maintain and care for inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment
- Additional functions from time to time as requested by Maintenance Manager or Property Manager
- Reports unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents to the Property Manager
- Additional assignments and projects as needed
