- comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards
Job Duties
- Cleaning make readies/turned units for new occupants
- trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas
- maintain and care for inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment
- additional functions from time to time as requested by Maintenance Manager or PM
- reports unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents to the PM
- additional assignments and projects as needed
