Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in groundskeeping or maintenance preferred
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- ability to climb ladders and perform physical labor
- must have valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- ability to follow safety protocols
- ability to work full-time Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
- good background check

Job Duties
- Garbage collection and loose trash patrol
- cleaning patios
- moving furniture when necessary
- empty pet waste stations
- maintaining small hand tools and shop
- pressure washing
- cleaning of compactor area
- checking sprinkler system and making repairs to heads
- operating a golf cart and other equipment
- planting flowers, shrubs and trees if required
- operating blowers, backpack/push blowers
- handling gasoline and other chemicals
- spraying insecticides
- climbing and working from a ladder for certain jobs
- making minor asphalt repairs to streets and paint parking lot
- painting patios/balconies, breezeways, and railings
- maintaining good communication and positive attitude with co-workers, residents and management
- following safe workplace rules and practices
- working regular shifts and additional hours as directed
- performing other related tasks as needed
