Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a related role such as porter, custodian, or groundskeeper
- ability to use hand tools and basic maintenance equipment
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- physical ability to walk, stand, and perform tasks during shifts
- reliable transportation
- willingness to work weekends
- strong attention to detail and reliability
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as a porter, custodian, or groundskeeper preferably in multi-family housing
- comfortable using hand tools and basic maintenance equipment
- familiarity with cleaning chemicals and proper safety procedures
- able to walk, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- reliable transportation
- weekend availability is a plus
Job Duties
- Maintaining clean grounds, walkways, amenities, and parking structures
- sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and basic landscaping
- cleaning common areas including leasing offices, restrooms, and lobbies
- performing final touch-ups in vacant units including appliances, counters, and floors
- replacing trash liners and restocking supplies
- conducting light maintenance tasks such as changing bulbs, touch-up paint, and pressure washing
