Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks requiring walking and standing
- Knowledge of safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work day shifts

Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience as a porter, custodian, or groundskeeper preferably in multi-family housing
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic maintenance equipment
- Familiar with cleaning chemicals and proper safety procedures
- Ability to walk, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation
- Weekend availability is a plus
Job Duties
- Maintaining clean grounds, walkways, amenities, and parking structures
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and basic landscaping
- Cleaning common areas including leasing offices, restrooms, and lobbies
- Performing final touch-ups in vacant units such as appliances, counters, and floors
- Replacing trash liners and restocking supplies
- Executing light maintenance tasks including changing bulbs, touch-up paint, and pressure washing
