Job Requirements

- One plus years of relevant experience in custodial or groundskeeping roles
- Ability to perform physical labor and stand for long periods
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety practices
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience as a porter, custodian, or groundskeeper
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic maintenance equipment
- Familiar with cleaning chemicals and proper safety procedures
- Ability to walk, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts
- Reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Maintaining clean grounds, walkways, amenities, and parking structures
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and basic landscaping
- Cleaning common areas including leasing offices, restrooms, and lobbies
- Final touch-ups in vacant units (appliances, counters, floors, etc.)
- Replacing trash liners and restocking supplies
- Light maintenance tasks (changing bulbs, touch-up paint, pressure washing)
