Job Requirements
- 1 plus year experience as a porter, custodian, or groundskeeper (preferably in multi-family housing)
- comfortable using hand tools and basic maintenance equipment
- familiar with cleaning chemicals and proper safety procedures
- able to walk, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout your shift
- reliable transportation
- weekend availability is a plus

Job Duties
- maintaining clean grounds, walkways, amenities, and parking structures
- sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and basic landscaping
- cleaning common areas including leasing offices, restrooms, and lobbies
- final touch-ups in vacant units (appliances, counters, floors, etc.)
- replacing trash liners and restocking supplies
- light maintenance tasks (changing bulbs, touch-up paint, pressure washing)
