Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- one plus year experience in custodial or maintenance role preferred
- ability to use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
- physical ability to perform manual tasks such as sweeping mopping and lifting
- reliable transportation to job site
- ability to work day shifts consistently
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- one plus year experience as a porter custodian or groundskeeper preferably in multi-family housing
- comfortable using hand tools and basic maintenance equipment
- familiar with cleaning chemicals and proper safety procedures
- able to walk stand and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- reliable transportation
- weekend availability is a plus
Job Duties
- maintaining clean grounds walkways amenities and parking structures
- sweeping mopping dusting vacuuming and basic landscaping
- cleaning common areas including leasing offices restrooms and lobbies
- final touch-ups in vacant units such as appliances counters floors etc
- replacing trash liners and restocking supplies
- light maintenance tasks such as changing bulbs touch-up paint pressure washing
