- ability to perform physical tasks such as walking and standing for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- One or more years of experience as a porter, custodian, or groundskeeper preferably in multi-family housing
- comfortable using hand tools and basic maintenance equipment
- familiar with cleaning chemicals and proper safety procedures
- able to perform physical tasks including walking and standing throughout the shift
- reliable transportation
- weekend availability is a plus
Job Duties
- Maintaining clean grounds, walkways, amenities, and parking structures
- sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and basic landscaping
- cleaning common areas including leasing offices, restrooms, and lobbies
- final touch-ups in vacant units including appliances, counters, floors, etc.
- replacing trash liners and restocking supplies
- light maintenance tasks such as changing bulbs, touch-up paint, and pressure washing
