Job Qualifications

- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as required
- Familiarity with safe work practices and OSHA standards preferred
- Experience in property maintenance or custodial roles is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Job Duties
- Practice, train and implement company policies especially relating to safe work practices in accordance with OSHA standards
- Walk the property daily to clean the leasing office, tour path, model apartments, laundry rooms, recreation rooms, elevators, stairwells, pools, amenities and ensure general curb appeal is pleasing and impeccably clean
- Perform cleaning and removal of trash and other debris including pet deposits, cigarette butts, emptying trash cans in common areas, pet stations, debris from around dumpster area and vacant units
- Wash common area windows and screens, curbs, entrances, sidewalks, pool decks and furniture and other surfaces as needed
- Clean light fixtures and replace light bulbs in common areas
- Regularly upkeep the entire community including vacuuming hallway areas
- Monitor building by locking doors after operation hours
- Adhere to company policies and procedures manuals
- Perform all other duties as assigned
