Job Requirements
- Be at least eighteen years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess minimum 12th grade proficiency in English reading, writing, and communication
- Experience handling bookkeeping and basic accounting with adherence to company policies
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs
- Clear verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and apply problem solving skills
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 25 pounds
- Criminal background clearance
- Good physical health verified by a recent health screening including tuberculosis test
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for most of the workday
- Ability to retrieve items from overhead storage

Job Duties
- Be the first face of the community by welcoming visitors and providing exceptional customer service
- Serve as the go-to guide to answer questions from residents, vendors, guests, or employees in person, by phone, or by email
- Assist the administrative team with tasks ensuring phone calls and emails are handled professionally and promptly
- Accurately track resident occupancy and manage billing and payments for resident accounts
- Maintain a detail-oriented approach to bookkeeping adhering to company accounting policies
- Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and retrieving items from storage
