Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in visual merchandising or artistic display
  • proficiency in drafting and building with power tools including circular saw, miter/chop saw, and jigsaw
  • portfolio or work examples required
  • ability to work early morning weekday shifts consistently
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to adapt to changing priorities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in visual merchandising or artistic display
  • strong artistic background with ability to create two- and three-dimensional displays
  • experience with drafting, building, and power tools
  • portfolio or examples of previous work required
  • ability to work early morning shifts consistently
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • resilience in a dynamic work environment

Job Duties

  • Partner with the Visual Merchandising Manager to create engaging visual experiences that reflect customer preferences and trends
  • demonstrate awareness of the impact of display and merchandising on store sales and profitability
  • engage customers through display work and community events
  • mentor and train team members on visual standards and operations
  • attend store meetings to share inspiration and ideas
  • plan display projects by generating ideas, sketching, managing timelines, and budgets
  • build and install displays, maintain fixtures and signage, perform repairs, and uphold cleanliness
  • contribute to a culture of communication, inclusivity, and teamwork
