Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in visual merchandising or artistic display
- proficiency in drafting and building with power tools including circular saw, miter/chop saw, and jigsaw
- portfolio or work examples required
- ability to work early morning weekday shifts consistently
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to adapt to changing priorities

- strong artistic background with ability to create two- and three-dimensional displays
- experience with drafting, building, and power tools

Job Duties
- Partner with the Visual Merchandising Manager to create engaging visual experiences that reflect customer preferences and trends
- demonstrate awareness of the impact of display and merchandising on store sales and profitability
- engage customers through display work and community events
- mentor and train team members on visual standards and operations
- attend store meetings to share inspiration and ideas
- plan display projects by generating ideas, sketching, managing timelines, and budgets
- build and install displays, maintain fixtures and signage, perform repairs, and uphold cleanliness
- contribute to a culture of communication, inclusivity, and teamwork
